Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Consultec team. You are an organized, proactive, and results-driven professional with the ability to lead technology projects from planning through successful delivery. You are comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a remote position.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication, coordination, and collaboration with international teams and clients.
You will:
Lead technology projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including Software Development, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, and other technical areas.
Facilitate communication between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
Lead project status meetings, steering committees, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates.
Prepare and communicate project status reports, KPIs, risks, milestones, and executive summaries.
Manage project backlogs and support prioritization of requirements and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement when applicable.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Architects to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
Support resource planning, capacity management, and workload coordination across project teams.
Monitor project budgets, effort, utilization, and delivery performance when required.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure proper project documentation, governance, traceability, and communication.
Promote continuous improvement across project management and delivery processes.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, delivery predictability, and overall project performance.
Ideally, you'd have:
At least 4 years of relevant experience managing software development, technology, digital transformation, or IT projects.
Proven experience managing projects with multidisciplinary technical teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience working with traditional and hybrid project management approaches is highly valued.
Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
Experience with documentation and collaboration platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, project health indicators, milestones, and delivery metrics.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to identify risks early, make decisions, and escalate critical issues appropriately.
Strong organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead teams in remote and distributed environments.
Experience working with international clients and global teams.
Experience in consulting, software development, or technology services environments is highly valued.
